
Jaffelin
The History
The Jaffelin brothers created their cellars in 1816, followed by Henry Jaffelin, who in 1885 started to cultivate and produce great Burgundy wines, with the only rule "Burgundy, nothing but Burgundy".
Beforehand, the site was a chapter cellar house, in which wines were stored for the Church and the Princes.
Today, the tradition is still there, and Jaffelin cellars deliver Burgundy wines made with the greatest tecnics and passionate winemakers.

The selection offers famous appellations such as Mâcon Vilages, Pouilly Fuissé, Meursault, and Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Nuits, Cotes de Beaune Villages, Cotes de Nuits Villages, and Chassagne Montrachet.
